About the Event
In our virtual Creative Movement series, presented by IndoRican Dance and running weekly through August 26, we’ll work individually and in teams on a full-body warm-up followed by a variety of movements with an emphasis on improvisation and exploration.
This class can help reduce the risk of falling and enhance the potential for engagement in a wide range of activities. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
