Do you find it difficult getting up and down? Want to play on the floor with your grandkids but it looks like a long way down and even more interesting getting off the floor? Do you ever find you feel like you need a boost just to get out of a chair?

In this 45-minute class we will focus on building leg and core strength to begin making it easier to move from seated to standing and back down. You’ll need a wall, a chair and a little space to move. There is no charge for the class.
