As you age you may notice changes happening that affect your balance: vision, loss of muscle strength and joint pain or joint replacements. Learn ways to improve balance and range of motion and feel steadier on your feet and more confident as you move through life.
Blocks are recommended props for this class; however, they are not necessary to begin. Feel free to practice near a wall or with a chair.
