About the Event
Our Fall Nutrition Cooking Series puts pears, apples and pumpkin in the spotlight and offers healthy ways to use these fall favorites in your everyday meals and snacks. Registered dietitian Cindy Silver will share delicious, keep-it-simple nutrition and recipes, including a healthful dessert recipe in each session. During this class, we’ll make Fresh Pear Broccoli Slaw and Purple Poached Pear Wedges. If you like, you can download a list of ingredients to have on hand.
