Would you like to attend free exercise classes this summer using equipment specifically designed for people 50+?
AARP Montana and the City of East Helena are excited to offer these free circuit training classes to people of all ages. The FitLot exercise equipment was donated to East Helena by AARP Montana in 2021. AARP Membership is not required to participate in the classes.
There are ellipticals, benches and dip and pull-up bars, and resistance band stations. Most stations provide the opportunity to adjust resistance based on the user’s strength and bands will be available during the classes. These classes will be held Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 9am from June 3 through September 6. Classes will be led by ACE Certified Trainer Brianne Martini.
