Ready to do some walking, hiking, cycling or running? We want to help you keep motivated and keep moving during the winter months!
Participants will log their total miles on the activities of their choice and submit them weekly to AARP Missouri using an online form provided. We will keep a tally of your miles and cheer you along the way. All participants will receive a gift at the end of the 4-week program. How cool is that?!?
