AARP Driver Safety, Minnesota TZD (Toward Zero Deaths) and MnDOT are celebrating more than 20 years of working to improve road safety in Minnesota! Traffic Safety Day, held in the Huntington Bank® Rotunda at Mall of America (MOA), will present road safety concerns and ideas to visitors.
Exhibitors will cover many aspects of traffic safety and stage presentations will highlight topics such as impaired driving, engineering safety features, first responders, school bus safety, and the effects of aging on older drivers. Key attractions include the seat belt convincer and rollover persuader, a CarFit demonstration, and other law enforcement vehicles and displays.
