Planning To Stay in Your Home

Making plans to stay in your home, stay independent, and stay social as you age

Date:               March 25, 2020

Time:               1-2:30pm

Location:         AARP Information Center at Mall of America

                        228 W. Market, Bloomington, MN  55425

Through this presentation, we will discuss steps you can take to be able to stay in your home longer, continue to control your transportation, and stay connected to your social circle. You may be concerned about health care for your parents, or yourself, through the aging process. We’ll help you learn how to create a support system to help get around town, socialize and stay safe in your home as long as possible. We will also talk about ways to adapt if that is no longer possible.

Please join us.  Light refreshments will be provided.

Financial Planning, as John practices, takes a broad look at your financial situation to assess how your work in one personal finance area impacts each of the other areas of your finances. In this session, John will apply those planning skills to the aging process and help you identify resources to develop your own plan.
