From 8:30am to 11am
Con-artists don't care how hard you've worked, they steal billions from Americans like you every year.
Financial crimes including scams, identity theft and consumer fraud are the most frequently attempted crimes every day in the United States. Technology has made it easier for criminals to access personal information and financial accounts from anywhere in the world. These criminals know how to “cover their tracks” and most investigations lead to dead ends, meaning the best way to prevent these crimes is for consumers and professionals to understand how they work.
This seminar will include a variety of topics: scams, identity theft, credit card fraud, cyber security and online safety, investment fraud, consumer protections, abuse within families and more.
Enjoy a breakfast buffet starting at 8:30 a.m. The seminar will begin at 9:00, concluding by 11:00.
