As part of The Good Life with AARP series....AARP Missouri is a excited to share with you a new segment called Moving It. Through this segment, we will be offering a new virtual program called Moving with Val.
Moving with Val is a thirteen (13) week strength-based training program including cardio, dance, yoga, and Pilates with information on nutrition and relaxation.
