AARP Foundation Experience Corps volunteers - people age 50 and older - help children in kindergarten through third grade learn to read. Join Literations, a proud program partner of AARP Foundation Experience Corps, to learn how you can become a volunteer literacy coach for the Fall 2022 and Spring 2023 school year. Children of Greater Boston and Framingham need us now more than ever due to the education disruption caused by the pandemic. Research shows that tutoring and mentoring programs like Literations bridges the learning gap. We will hold online information sessions this summer where you will learn more about how we provide vital support in schools and after school programs for young students learning to read.
