Discover the basics of pickling any vegetable, including all that zucchini!
About the Event
Learn how to pickle using traditional vegetables such as cucumbers, as well as squash, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, cauliflower and more. Pickling extends the life of produce, whether grown in your garden or purchased at the farmers market or grocery store. Having a pantry full of preserved foods can lower grocery bills and provide your family with healthy food all year long. Plus, they’re good for your gut! Pickled vegetables contain antioxidants that help fight against inflammation and ease digestion.
