Studies have shown that just 15 minutes of movement every day are more beneficial than 40 to 60 minutes a couple of times a week. In Movement to Support Your Brain and Body, exercise specialist Jazmin Averbuck will explore how you can build upon the movement already part of your daily life by incorporating new techniques and light exercises. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
