Join AARP Los Angeles and the L.A. Soul Steppers for a fun, free walk as we return to in-person sessions. The low-impact workout session is held from 8 am to 9 am at Baldwin Hills Crenshaw (3650 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd 2nd floor entrance near Macy’s). Erich “Coach E” Nall will welcome and lead the group through stretching techniques before and after the workout. Enjoy fun giveaways, special music mixes and celebrations as we resume our sessions in-person.
