Grab your yoga mat! Lace up your walking shoes! AARP Indiana is calling all members and friends to join us and the Indianapolis Cultural Trail twice a month for a morning of connection, light exercise, and respite. During this event series, you can join us for Morning Stretch with AARP, an all-levels yoga session before a walk. Additionally, participants will hear about the latest in caregiving and resources to empower them to care today and in the future! Registration for each event is required. Please bring your personal yoga mat for this event.
