From 9am to 12pm
Spend a morning with AARP in St. Louis on a guided bike ride on one of the many trails in the region. Our Boomers and Bikes℠ program explores a different trail each month, May through November. Our cycling team will take care of everything – you just need to bring your bike, your helmet and your sense of adventure! We even have a couple fun treats to round out your experience on our rides.
Our May 9th ride is contingent on weather conditions. Should our unpredictable STL weather turn cold and/or rainy, we will not hold this ride. Please keep this in mind when registering.
This ride will start at 9:00 a.m. and will end by noon. You’ll be free to continue cycling in the area or carry on with the rest of your day. This ride may range from 12 - 42 miles. This one is a 5 mile loop. Rides average 12 miles per hour.
On select rides, we will have a mobile bike shop & repair service (Velofix) for your cycling needs before, during or after the ride. We want to make sure everyone has a safe and fun experience while out on the trail! Here are more details you’ll need to know to join us:
