About the Event
AARP Illinois’ series of 12 virtual fitness classes wraps up with Chair Yoga, in which we’ll be performing seated exercises designed to improve strength and flexibility while easing stress. The chair yoga stretches and poses are based on traditional yoga poses. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
