Regardless of our age, we can reduce the chance of age-related diseases and optimize our chances of maintaining cognitive health.  In this class you will learn about the six pillars of brain health.  Engage Your Brain (Learn new things); Be Social (Stay socially engaged); Ongoing Exercise (Be active); Eat Right (Eat a brain-healthy diet); Restorative Sleep (Sleep better to enjoy the restorative benefits); and Manage Stress (Address the mental and physical effects of stress).  This is a fun and interactive class.
