Studies indicate one way to reduce inflammation lies perhaps not in the medicine cabinet, but in the refrigerator. If you have a condition that causes inflammation like arthritis or some auto-immune conditions, changing your eating habits to adopt a more anti-inflammatory diet may help.* Changing what's on your plate won’t be a magic cure -- but it could help lessen the number of flare-ups that you have, or it may help take your pain down a few notches. This interactive webinar led by Lori Graff, RD LD, is designed to share information about what inflammation is and how it may impact your health. We will talk about ways to start to identify hidden sources of inflammation and test your knowledge on the best anti-inflammatory foods. You may be surprised to hear that some healthy foods, such as spinach, may be actually increasing your inflammation, and why you may need to do more than drink water to stay hydrated. *Consult with your physician and/or dietician before starting a new diet.
