This workshop will demonstrate basic safety and self-defense techniques and allow participants an opportunity to practice them. Get the knowledge and tools you need to protect yourself in the event of physical danger.
About the speaker: Evelyn Mizukami is a safety educator with Damsel in Defense. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice/Pre-Law and has worked in the criminal justice system for over 30 years.
Additional Details:
- Please carpool since there are limited parking spaces.
- Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water.
- All attendees are asked to sign a liability waiver prior to participating.
