Welcome to Holistic Harmony, a rejuvenating wellness class designed for individuals over 50 who are seeking to enhance their quality of life through the integration of seated breath work, meditation, qigong and tapping.
This class is a harmonious blend of ancient wisdom and modern restorative practices, tailored to help cultivate energy, balance and emotional well-being in a supportive and gentle environment. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
