Discover safe, deliberate weight-bearing exercises designed to strengthen muscles around your bones using long resistance ribbon or tube bands. Robin will focus on improving posture, balance, and agility to reduce the risk of falls. Exercises will include both standing and seated options, with floor stretches available at the end of each session (non-floor options provided)

We recommend using a resistance band and light weights. However, home-made options can work if you don’t have them. For example, a canned good from the kitchen could make a light weight and an old bra might function as a resistance band.
