Join AARP for our next series of Wellness Mondays where we will host cooking demonstrations with Chef Paul Aceto. Private chef and owner of Silver Spoon Events, Paul has worked under and alongside some extraordinary chefs, from Miami’s own Michelle Bernstein, Eric Ripert to Masaharu Morimoto. As an Ironman finisher and an avid health and fitness aficionado, Paul understands the importance of giving the body the fuel it needs through a balanced diet and nutrition. Today is the second of a four part series. If you are gluten sensitive this one is for you! of course if you are not you can substitute for regular pasta. if you want to cook alongside with Chef Paul here are the ingredients you will need before hand.
Episode 2: Gluten Free Pasta / Broccoli / Chicken Sausage / Fresh Chili
*10 oz Gluten Free Pasta
*2 cups cooked broccoli
*2 chicken sausages grilled
* 1/2 teaspoon fresh chili
*1/4 cup extra virgin Olive oil
*2 tablespoons olive oil butter
*1 garlic clove
