This series of 30-minute seminars inform and teach resilience skills for coping with life, to bolster wellness and mitigate isolation. We will engage and discuss various topics of well-being, fostering fellowship and connection. Expect some "lecture-style" presentation, with practical exercises to hone our skills, and time to share and laugh. Space is limited and pre-registration is required.
