In this interactive session, we’ll explore six lifestyle choices and activities – or “pillars” -- that have been identified through research vetted by AARP’s Global Council on Brain Health to support brain health.The session will provide information on the latest research, suggestions on implementing lifestyle changes and resources where you can learn more.
