The MFA’s ever popular artist-in-residence Nan Colton invites us to meet an artist or historical figure in a presentation filmed live from the MFA, and presented via Zoom. Painter, weaver, graphic artist. Along with her husband, sculptor William Zorach, she was an innovator in the modernist movement in the United States. With her embroidered tapestries and paintings, she distinguished herself as an outstanding designer and painter, and here she looks back fondly on her life as artist at the vanguard of modernism.
