“Clean” eating advocate and cookbook author Terry Walters returns to demonstrate a recipe requested more than any other – kimchi!
About the Event
Learn how to make your own delicious and probiotic-rich kimchi, one of a category of fermented foods important to gut health. We’ll also explore how to use kimchi to make a variety of other dishes, including dips, dressings, tacos and drinks. Feeding your microbiome has never been so easy and delicious!
Recipes will be sent in advance, and if you like, you can download a list of ingredients to have on hand.
Terry is at the forefront of the clean cooking and clean eating lifestyle movement, which emphasizes whole unprocessed foods. She is a James Beard Foundation Award finalist and recipient of the World Gourmand “Second Best Vegetarian Cookbook in the World” and “Best Vegetarian Cookbook in the United States” awards.
