Celebrate the season in Terry Walters' virtual Clean Food Kitchen by cooking up a summer feast straight from the farmer’s market! These original plant-based recipes are sure to become your summertime favorites. We’ll kick off this jam-packed hour demonstration with an Heirloom Tomato and Peach Salsa (your new go-to appetizer!). Then we’ll move on to a sweet and summery Golden Beet Salad with Champagne Vinaigrette, and finish with a Plum and Black Currant Crisp. All recipes are vegan, gluten free, easy, delicious, and guaranteed to satisfy AND support your good health! The class will include a brief and easy-to-grasp nutrition overview, hands-on cooking class/demo for those who want to cook along with her (while some may prefer just to watch), and an opportunity at the end for questions. Handouts and the event link will be sent in advance of the class and include recipes, shopping lists for those who want to cook along with, and more. Register separately for Terry's 11/17/21 Cooking Demo with AARP. Terry is a best-selling cookbook author.
