When contemplating your ultimate demise, it’s obvious that many things are beyond your control. There’s no way to know what will ultimately pave the way to your final exit.
However, that doesn’t mean you should abdicate all responsibilities related to your ultimate ending. To do so could likely lead to a very distressing situation for you, your family, and your medical team. Thus, you and yours are much better served by considering the future “what ifs” and your medical preferences. Furthermore, reflect on what truly makes life worth living.
