Classes:
Mondays, February 27 - April 10, 2023
7 - 8 a.m.
Join us for functional training that works your entire body by targeting the basic functional movements of daily life: push, pull, squat, hinge, lunge, rotation, and motion. All you need is your own bodyweight and a little room to move. You will engage your core, challenge your balance, and try out different ways to “Get After It!”
Instructor: Krista Bonino
Mondays, February 27 - April 10, 2023
9 - 10 a.m.
Barre is a fun fusion class, incorporating aspects of ballet, Pilates, yoga, and strength training. All levels are welcome, and previous experience in any of these formats is not required. In the class, we combine small isolated movements with larger range of motion movements for a high intensity, low impact workout. We will work to improve muscle endurance, core strength, posture, balance, and flexibility.
Instructor: Shauni Hawkins
Tuesdays, February 28 - April 11, 2023
5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
You are never too old for Pilates! Mat Pilates will strengthen your core, improve your balance and flexibility, and enhance your breath control and body awareness using exercises that are intended to be done slowly and intentionally. We will focus on the basic Pilates principles of Control, Concentration, Center, Breath, Fluidity, and Precision - and yes, all exercises are modifiable to what you bring to each day.
Instructor: Krista Bonino
Wednesdays, March 1 - April 12, 2023
9 - 10 a.m.
New to yoga; getting back into practice; regular yoga practice; wherever you are at, this practice has something for everyone! Each week will be centered on one of the four essential skills: balance, flexibility, strength and agility. You will be provided modifications for either more ease or more challenge. Come join like minded folks and learn to practice from the heart center.
