Join AARP CO for a 6 week Functional Fitness class in the comfort of your own home. Certified Fitness instructor, Krista Bonino, will lead you each week at 7 a.m., Mondays, February 27 - April 10, 2023.
AARP realizes that healthy habits, including exercise and eating right, can lead to a better, longer, happier life. Wake up your week with some Monday Morning Motivation! Join us for functional training that works your entire body by targeting the basic functional movements of daily life: push, pull, squat, hinge, lunge, rotation, and motion. All you need is your own bodyweight and a little room to move.
You will engage your core, challenge your balance, and try out different ways to “Get After It!”
Equipment needed: Just your own body!
This class is free, but you must pre-register. You will need to register separately for each session you are interested in attending. Please note that you must be signed in to your AARP.org account or create an account to register. AARP membership is not required to create an account. Please do not opt out of event-related email, as you will be emailed a link to join the class via Zoom prior to the event.
Each participant must complete a waiver of liability as part of the registration process prior to participating. If you would like to invite a guest to this event, they will need to register themselves directly to agree to the liability waiver.
