Join AARP CO for a 5 week Low Impact Cardio/Strength Training class in the comfort of your own home. A certified fitness instructor will lead you each week at 10 a.m., Thursday, January 14 - February 11, 2021. Can’t make it to class, that’s OK, each session will be recorded so you can join in at your convenience.
AARP realizes that healthy habits, including exercise and eating right, can lead to a better, longer, happier life. Let’s get your heart rate up with low impact cardio, combined with strength and balance training for a fun and sweaty full body workout. We’ll finish with an energizing stretch so you’re ready to tackle the rest of your day.
Equipment needed: a chair and light/medium dumbbells OR household items like canned food, water bottles, balls, throw pillows to provide resistance. Space is limited.
