About the Event Ongoing research is examining the relationship between brain and bone health - how findings on bone might help in addressing dementia, for example, and how the brain's relationship to the skeletal system might contribute to improving conditions like osteoporosis. This four-part series explores the brain-bone connection and ways that exercise can protect both your brain and bones. Building on our past popular webinars on this topic, we’ll introduce new techniques that you can try out here first and continue practicing on your own. There is no charge for this class, but pre-registration is required. This registration is only for Week 2: May 22, 2024. You will need to register separately for each class in this 4-part series.
