Are you one of those people who loves takeout but prefers to keep control over the ingredients?  Then this is for you!  This month Michelle will be guiding us on how to make Orange Sesame Chicken over Cauli Rice.

Crispy Gluten Free Orange Chicken over Cauli Rice

Ingredients:

1 head cauliflower

Sea salt and black pepper to taste

3 chicken breasts cut into cubes or firm tofu cubed

1/4 cup arrowroot flour (preferred) or corn starch

4 tbsp ghee, avocado oil, or coconut oil

1 cup gluten free hoisin sauce or 3/4 cup tamari or soy sauce

one medium orange

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar or white wine vinegar

1 tbsp coconut sugar or alternative sweetener

1 tbsp sesame oil

sesame seeds for topping

scallions or chives for topping

1 gallon sized ziploc bag
