About this Event
Find out how you can benefit from six lifestyle choices - or “pillars” - that have been shown to protect the brain, according to research vetted by AARP’s Global Council on Brain Health. These lifestyle habits include cultivating social connections, managing stress, getting high-quality sleep and staying physically active, for example.
The session will provide information on the latest research, suggestions on implementing lifestyle changes and resources where you can learn more.
