AARP AL Virtual Communi-Tea Party

Join us for a virtual tea party celebrating family caregivers. You are invited to sip, share, and explore self-care during our virtual Communi-Tea Party! This special event is dedicated to celebrating and supporting family caregivers. Every day, family caregivers assist loved ones so they can live independently in their homes- where they want to be. We are inviting family caregivers to join us in the virtual space and enjoy a relaxing afternoon exploring tea routines as a form of self-care. We’ll have plenty of resources on hand to support family caregivers including www.aarp.org/caregiving and local caregiver resources serving Alabama. Plus, the first 50 people to register will receive a wellness box that incudes the teas shared during the virtual Communi-Tea Party. Wellness boxes are limited and available on a first come first serve basis until all are claimed. This event is a perfect blend of relaxation, resources, and community.
