Numerous studies show that eating a diet of whole foods, like fresh or frozen fruits and vegetables, whole grains and lean meats can lead to a longer, healthier life. Yet, we often gravitate to processed foods because of the convenience. Learn how to plan for a healthier diet by eating foods packed with vitamins and nutrients - even when you eat out.

Registration is required. Lunch is provided. YMCA membership is not required.  No goods or services are sold at these events.
