As winter advances and we gather frequently with friends and family to share the joys of the season, many of us also experience anxiety over some common stressors that can affect our health and enjoyment of the holidays. Eating too many treats or helpings of delightful meals, feeling the effects of less sunlight, or finding what should be fun occasions with others more stressful than joyful are just a few common holiday detractors.
