About the Event
Certified yoga instructor Teri Mullen will lead this online yoga class each week on Fridays, 9 a.m. - 10 a.m. MT.
You’ll be guided in the gentle postures of Hatha yoga, which are typically held longer and practiced more slowly. No experience is necessary - yoga starts where you are! Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
Yoga can help you increase flexibility and improve balance, stability and muscle tone as you learn the basic principles and practice breathing and mindfulness. You may also gain strength and reduce chronic pain. A yoga mat or blanket, bolsters and yoga blocks may be helpful.
