Join AARP Vermont and the Vermont Garden Network for a hands-on workshop celebrating the peak of summer’s garden bounty!
Discover the art of quick pickling—a fast, flexible, and nutritious way to preserve your harvest. From vibrant red beets to crisp purple radishes, we’ll explore a colorful variety of vegetables you can pickle. You’ll learn adaptable recipes with plenty of options to suit every taste.
Best of all, each participant will create and take home a jar of their own custom pickled veggies.
