About the Event
Sometimes the smallest changes can bring the greatest benefits to your mind and body. Find your flow by discovering how gentle qigong movements can help reduce stress, boost energy levels and improve sleep quality.
Qigong Flow includes a warm-up followed by instruction and practice of the flowing movements. Deep breathing and focused attention are coordinated with movements to help sync the body, mind and breath.
The class doesn’t involve sitting, chanting or difficult poses, and no special equipment is required. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
