There are proven health benefits to keeping your body moving! Nia Moving to Heal makes it enjoyable, engaging your whole self in movement that incorporates expressive dance and martial arts so you feel better physically and emotionally. This gentle workout can be done barefoot at home without any special equipment or training. Jule Aguirre, an international Nia training faculty member, leads these entry-level classes. Please remember to consult your physician before starting an exercise program.
This event is FREE, but registration is REQUIRED for each class you are interested in attending. Please do not opt out of CVENT emails, as you will be emailed a link to join the class via Zoom before the event.
