Join our annual day of service as we support a local food pantry on 9/11
On September 11th, we come together as a community to honor the day by giving back in a meaningful and positive way. This year, we have chosen to dedicate our time and efforts to WHEAT Community Connections in Clinton which plays a crucial role in supporting the community.
WHEAT not only serves hundreds of hot cooked meals but also provides a welcoming space where individuals can receive groceries and other essentials. By volunteering, we aim to contribute to this vital service, ensuring that everyone has access to nutritious food and a sense of community.
Join AARP Massachusetts in making a difference and honoring the spirit of unity and compassion on this significant day.
The service component will be from 9:30 AM until 1 PM and we invite you to join us for lunch after just down the road at a local restaurant.
