Join AARP-VI for Zumba Gold Classes every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5:00 pm Atlantic Standard Time.Zumba Gold is designed for older adults with the same choreography as regular Zumba through easy-to-follow, lower-intensity exercises. The workouts provide balance, range of motion, and coordination that can also be done sitting on a chair. Come out and dance as you get fit to great music, including many latest hits and our local VI Calypso.
