To put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all.

Vision

Our goal is to assist children and adults to live longer, better and healthier lives by providing programs, services and activities to help combat obesity, inactivity, and chronic disease, with a participation reaching 25% of the St. Joseph populations.
