Learn New Recipes with Chef Paul Smith

Stop by Charleston’s Capitol Market for James Beard nominee chef Paul Smith “Let’s Get Cooking” demonstrations, starting on Thursday, May 16.

The popular series, sponsored by AARP West Virginia and now in its eighth year, includes step-by-step instructions for Smith’s recipes. Among previous featured dishes: pumpkin bread pudding and fried green tomatoes. The demonstrations will continue through September on the third Thursday of each month, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
