CALMA Introduces Anthology "Ramas y Raices" This Month

The Colorado Alliance of Latino Mentors and Authors (CALMA) is pleased to announce the publication of Ramas y Raíces: The Best of CALMA, their debut anthology.

This collection presents selected poems, short fiction, and essays that offer evocative and inspiring narratives about familia, love, duty, tragedy and triumph, the search for self, and the never-ending struggle for justice.

A book launch celebrating the Anthology’s publication will be held 2-4 p.m. Saturday, June 29, 2024, at the Lakewood United Methodist Church, 1390 Brentwood, Lakewood, CO 80214

The event is free and open to the public.

Please join us in this commemoration of a work that is destined to be an historic and illuminating addition to American literature as told through the lens of the often ignored but important cultura Latina.
