    Great place. Usually clean and you can work out in peace. You have the option to have a personal trainer on certain days or work out with a group. Nice vibrant colors and I just wish they had more free weaights and not only these machines that have safety pulleys on them. Weekends it gets full as expected and it's fairly cheap to get a gym membership. People mind their business and let you work out in peace. Great place. They even have TVs to watch while you work out, but bring headphones to hear them. Ac is always on and cold.

    By far the best gym I've ever been a member of. Only $10/month or $20 for VIP membership which includes spa-like amenities including tanning beds, full body collagen lamps, hydro massage beds and massage chairs. Also VIP membership includes visits to any Planet Fitness across the nation, which is awesome for someone who travels a lot like I do. There's super cute and up lifting little words and sayings all over the walls and equipment. "PF = No Critics," "No Gymtimidation." Stuff like that, which can make the place feel a lot less cold and more welcoming than your average LA or 24/h Fitness. They also have something they call PE@PF where you can get free consultations with trainers and training sessions, one-on-one and in group. Or you can even just get together and make a workout plan if you prefer to have more of a solo workout. They also have a PF app that you can record your workouts on, watch how-to videos to learn how to use the equipment, book training sessions, find different locations, stuff like that. For VIP membership you do need to sign a year long contract, and if you want to terminate that contract you have to pay $50. There's also a $100 sign up fee (can't remember if that related only to VIP membership or not) but when I signed up it was only $10 and when I asked why it was on discount the girl signing me up said something about how they're always throwing random discounts at them for that sign-up fee and when I signed up it had just went up from $1 to $10. My lone complaint is that they don't have a pool or sauna like a lot of other big gyms have. But the price and spa amenities more than make up for it in my opinion.

    Gym itself is pretty good, but I'm from out of town and the first time I used this gym it was great. Then the second time I came, the lady at the front desk scanned my card and it gave some kind of error -- she was totally rude to me and told me I had to call my home gym. She wouldn't do anything to try to fix it. I just left because it was ridiculous the way she treated me. 5 stars for my first visit and 1 star for my second, so an average of 3. Updated from 3 starts to 4: I came back the next day and a different person was working -- no problem with the card! (of course). Good place to work out.

    Very clean facilities, equipment is well maintained and safe to use. There are no 'free weights', but if you're looking to just hit the treadmill and then the showers (nice hot water, nice clean walls and floor) then you can't get much better than this. Show interest in joining, and they'll never try to 'upsell' you. They just show you their prices, and tell you to ask if you need anything explained. Their premium (Black) membership is worth it if you have a friend or partner you work out with regularly, if you want to use the 'spa' facilities, or if you work out while travelling. Great people, great gym, and completely non-judgemental.

    Staff acknowledges you upon arrival and are very friendly and professional. Specially a staff member judge name of Lucy. She went out of her way to answer questions and concerns I had about planning on cancelling my membership since I don't frequent this facility due to my new work schedule and thought I was just wasting my money on a membership I was hardly using. She said she felt really bad that I was planning to cancel it and immediately asked if there was anything she could do to help me reconsider and make my my visits more enjoyable. As I gave her my concerns, she helped me realized on the benefits of continuing my membership and helped me realize that exceptional Customer Service like hers and her way of showing care for their members was more than enough reason to keep my membership and continue my visits to this facility. Not mention the cleanliness of the facility and the fact that ALL the machines are working and very clean! Planet Fitness should be very proud to have an employee such as Lucy because employees like her, are hard to find!
