La Reunion Norteña are a Northern Mexican group from Chihuahua who perform in a traditional style. Their corridos, rancheras, polkas, and ballads are classic norteño, devoid of many of the pop and urban trappings displayed by other musicians from the region.

Los Huracanes del Norte (The Northern Hurricanes) are a Mexican Norteño group, originally from Tangancicuaro, Michoacan but based out of San Jose, California, USA. They are one of the genre's most popular performers.
