Memorial Day MURPH Workout

- 9:00 AM at THRC San Marcos
- 5:00 PM at THRC Downtown
Join us for a day of honor and strength as we commemorate Memorial Day with the iconic MURPH workout. This challenging yet meaningful workout is a tribute to Lt. Michael P. Murphy and all those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.
- The MURPH workout consists of:
- 1 Mile Run
- 100 Pull-ups
- 200 Push-ups
- 300 Air Squats
